Looks like spaghetti but that's where it ends
I was really looking forward to this but was totally disappointed.Apart from the fishy smell (which has to washed off), it's absolutely tasteless and is very chewy.Pretty pointless and certainly not a viable replacement for pasta spaghetti.

Not keen on smell and doesn't have a lot of taste
This was my first time trying the spaghetti as a low carb alternative. There is a total of 5 packets in the box. The box is bright and eye-catching and there are clear instructions on the back of how to cook the spaghetti. You need to rinse the spaghetti then cook it, (you can use a microwave). It is very quick and easy to cook however the smell is weird when you take it out of the packet, not pleasant at all, that's why you need to make sure to rinse it a few times. The health benefits are listed on the packet and the product itself does look like thin spaghetti. The taste on its own is pretty bland so you definitely need to add a sauce/seasoning to make it flavourful. The texture is ok but not sure these are for me long-term.

A little goes a long way
We brought these as our son is on the ketogenic diet due to epilepsy and it’s very restrictive. These have opened up the diet massively to allow him some normal. They smell bad out of the package and they are really expensive but they seem to go a long way (they should do to for the price!) son likes the taste when cooked so that’s the main thing!

Weird smelling but genuinely delicious
I have been searching for low carb pasta and noodle replacements for a keto based diet for a while and often found very poor substitutes for it.I was really happy to be able to get this product and couldn't wait to see how it differed from other options. Each pack contains two servings, and is made from Konjac flour rather than semolina or durum wheat. Therefore it is really low calorie for a substantial amount. Each pack consists of a grand total of 18kcal meaning it is only 9 per serving. On opening them there was quite a weird and slightly unpleasant smell. I removed the pasta from the inner pack I rinsed it and quickly warmed it through in a microwave for a minute as directed. I am pleased to say that after this the smell had disappeared completely.Once mixed with my sauce and other part of the meal this tasted great. It had an al dente texture and whilst it didn't taste exactly like spaghetti it was certainly a decent substitute.Overall I am very impressed and consider that this makes a great addition to a keto based or low carb diet. I am happy to recommend it.

I can't
This really isn't for me, I couldn't stomach even a few bites of this, it's so horrible compared to real spaghetti, you'd definitely need to spend a lot of time adjusting to a keto diet to enjoy this.

Worth trying
It does look like spaghetti, but actually the texture is very close to konnyaku jelly, which is firm but chewy. It doesn’t taste anything itself, so it is perfect to cook with sauce or soup, would be matched to both. The amount in one bag is more than for 1 person, but slightly tight for 2 persons. Happy to have this alternative for meal. Reasonable price.
