First received with a bad battery. Amazon made it right though and fixed it. After that was. Pretty good laptop.

I’m not satisfied with this item. It was not working properly from the first day. When I turned it the screen was completely black and not showing anything.And secondly it has some strange noise. Moreover I received different model of laptop! I don’t recommend this item. I don’t know maybe I received the bad one.

The battery would never charge even though tech support insisted that was the problem. Then they finally agreed to send a new battery for the unit and it was completely wrong !!! Sending back for refund !!!
