Uses AQUA-X 44 Wood Sealer is a water-based, penetrating silicone water repellent that provides a moisture resistant barrier on wood surfaces while also adding stain protection. Wood surfaces should be clean, free of dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants prior to applying sealer. Some composite wood surfaces are compatible; check with the manufacturer to ensure warranty compliance. Features This product penetrates into surfaces to form a durable moisture resistant barrier which protects and helps maintain your hardscape surfaces while also defending against oil, grease, and food stains. The water based silicone formula provides long lasting protection from UV damage and freeze/thaw damage. Easy to use, one coat application is breathable and does not trap moisture. May be used on Interior and Exterior Surfaces. Application Generally, apply one coat of sealer to surfaces. We recommended using a sprayer with the appropriate spray pattern for the project. Ensure smooth application of sealer. If product puddles or drips on the surface, back-roll to smooth out excess product for even coverage. Prior to application, the surface should be completely dry for best results. The surface temperature should be between 30-120° F (-1-49° C), and it should be maintained for 12 hours from the start of application. Do not apply below 40°F (4°C) or above 95°F (35°C).
