This has to be THE BEST sauna suit for sweating!! It makes you sweat where it actually drips out your sleeve ends and pant leg ends. The colored stripes also get wet from sweat. BUT...it says "Anti rip off and tear resistant." The inside crotch material does tear away from the seams and I only used it 2x a week so far. The fit for a woman is too snug in the behind, not a good fit and I bought a large. There is no stretch as it is not soft fabric. The legs are baggy. Because of tearing of the crotch inside I just got an XLG to see what that will do. I think the sizes are small for size. But I do love the benefit of sweating it gives.

If you don’t have this sauna suit, go get it!!!!! I have bought various waist trainers, sweat suits, etc, and let me tell you, NOTHING comes close to this!!! I started perspiration as soon as I put it on, before I walked out of my apartment good. By the time I finished my workout my shirt was drenched like I tossed it in a pool. And I am not a great sweater lol but THIS helped me work up a SWEAT. I will add that I didn’t wear the bottoms, they were too small and are cut to fit men, not bottom heavy women, so if you’re bottom heavy go a few sizes up. I will be buying another set. I am very happy with my purchase! And I rarely do Amazon reviews, but I had to give kudos here. Amazing!

Would recommend just buying the jacket, and a size up. Don’t recommend the pants, I’m 6’4 and even one to two sizes up still rip, don’t recommend for really anything related to kicking or running. Just switch to sweats lol, really no need to wear for the legs. However the jacket is great, would recommend not wearing a shirt undo so the jacket actually does it job just be careful taking off because it’s tight around the head after you sweat a ton can be scary getting off. Last but not least BE CAREFUL! I worked out hard on the boxing bag for about 30 minutes and went ham and my god I was sweating on my face, however my upper body inside he jacket felt just warm, but that’s the scary part within 5-10 minutes after the 30 min workout I almost past out of because of how quick you get dehydrated you almost don’t notice, make sure you have water I had to jug about 2 after this. I took the jacket off thinking I didn’t really sweat but good lord it came out like Niagara Falls pulling it off. No I knew why I was so dehydrated. And it’s not like it looks up at the bottom of your jacket because you would feel that, for some reason it sticks to the jacket like condensation on a water bottle does until you open it up it all falls down. Crazy good jacket for workout, but seriously be careful, especially if your overweight or just sweat a lot you could potentially pass out without even realizing it in the moment. Other than that, product is good just don’t recommend the pants.
