Didn't Like It
Bought this and the BCOZZY to see which one my boyfriend and I liked better. Well, this one is going back.Pros: it's cushy, would probably work well if you can lean against the window.Cons: this thing is huge! Way bigger than I expected, and doesn't pack up small. It's floppy, the head support doesn't support your neck or head by itself. The arms aren't long and nothing connects them so they just loosely flop around your neck. Will not support your jaw (which I need to avoid drooling. Lol). And it will push your neck forward, isn't flat in the back.Sorry to leave a not great review. Definitely sending back and getting another BCOZZY instead.

Not secure
It is not very firm and does not hold your neck in place. The material is soft which is nice but it is not sturdy enough for good sleep on a plane. Just opened it and tried at home and will be returned. The parts that wrap around your next are not tight enough. I tried to secure it like the product photo shown here and the only way to keep it under my chin area is if I am actively trying to hold it there in place.

This pillow is extremely comfortable on and off an airplane. I've used it at home when I start to feel sleepy watching TV and it helps prevent neck strain. The sellers are professional and courteous. The item was delivered quickly. I would recommend this item.

Do not buy! Huge and uncomfortable pillow
Pillow is huge and bulky, not at all comfortable. I really regret going out on a whim for this pillow on my first international trip. Trusted the few reviews listed but these people are trippin! I even ditched the pillow at Houston airport on my layover to Guatemala. Opted for the cabeau travel pillow (not that much more $$) and haven't been happier.

I love the softness of this pillow. It came in handy for my family vacation. As of now this pillow will be going with me even on road trips in the car
