The interchangeable plates excited him so much. He can make grilled cheese, chicken, waffles, etc. it The temperature control on it is easy and the lid locks down well when filled. Buy this!

a slight learning curve will be required but works great
instructions are not clear so a trial and error approach is needed for your cooking needs. Once you learn its easy to use.

Good Value and Product
This is a good buy, well built and value. Heats well and evenly. Ccntrols are good. Cleaning is the best thing about this unit. Easy removable grates. Also produces good high heat when needed for certain applications.

Being able to do so many different functions with one product is great!
I have not yet used all the functions, but of those that I have, I am extremely happy. It's nice to have ONE product that is multi-use, rather than a number of products that only have one use. Great!

Twice and toast.
Used the product twice and then it was toast! It stopped working. The ywo times- Easy to use. Easy clean up.

Worked first 3 times first time grilled cheese next day waffles an today it broke seriously what a waste of money!!New status 6/9/22 seller reached out an with no hesitation sent me a new one now that’s great customer service!!!
