Good for Kids
I purchased this guitar for my young son and it does the job, but isn't fantastic. It goes out of tune a bit too easily. We ended up choosing this model because of how narrow the neck is at the nut - great for smaller hands. As a result, it is very difficult for an adult with larger hands to play this guitar.

Great little guitar for the price
I bought this guitar last summer to take camping, etc., so I wouldn't mess up my "nice" guitar. To my surprise, I've really enjoyed it. It's not a toy guitar. It's the real thing, just smaller. The sound and craftsmanship are very good for the price, as nice as ones I've seen for twice the money in guitar stores. It is a "classical" type with nylon strings.I've also used it to learn songs from YouTube since it's easy to hold and play in the limited space in front of my computer. I recommend it for anyone who wants a travel guitar and/or for a child/beginner. It's something they'll still enjoy even after they learn how to play. In fact, I often play it instead of my "nice" guitar because it's so fun and easy. The only "con" is that the color of the guitar I received is more orange than the one pictured. It looks OK, but I would have preferred the more natural wood color shown in the photo.UPDATE 12/20/11 -- I'm still happy with the guitar, but was able to buy (for only a couple dollars more) a full size Rogue acoustic guitar (Model Dreadnought Acoustic RA-090) for my 10-year-old nephew. It's steel string and has incredible sound. The Rogue Dreadnought Acoustic RA-100 is even nicer (similar sound, nicer finish, for $30 more than the RA-090). I mention these because they're nicer guitars in the same price range if you want a full size steel string guitar, as opposed to a half size classical. I'd give either of the Rogues a 5*star rating.

Great starter guitar for kids
The quality of this guitar is great for its price point. Action was well set and the tension of the strings is light enough that a child can easily press down without much effort. The tone of the guitar is great as well. With a bit of work, this could also be a great travel guitar for an adult. As a parent, and guitar player for over 20 years, I would highly recommend this guitar.

Strings won't stay in tune
I would never buy this again. The strings won't stay in tune, they slide out of tune with less than 5 minutes of play. The sound is tiny and tinny, definitely not worth the price

Cheap, dirty, made in China.
Even wrapped in plastic, this guitar was dusty and dirty. Clearly made to be cheap. My daughter might not be able to notice the dull tones, but we will.As a side, I think I'm gonna stop ordering anything from Amazon unless they include country of origin in the descriptions. Burned too many times with cheap Chinese crap.
