I do admit that i have all the medical related things at various places some in my cupboard.. some in bathroom.. some in bedroom and some here and there. I wanted to organize all the medical stuff at one place so I got this box and its great. Fits most of my stuff.. pills.. thermometer.. band aids cotton etc. now all I have is one single box !! 😊It comes with keys as well if you want to lock it but the box itslef is pretty well made and durable.

While this is a nice box for organizing medications it is not made from aluminum, it's made from plastic. It does come with a key to lock the box but it's not that secure and could be easily broken into. It has a plastic divider that divides the box into 6 sections which is removable. It's well built, even if it is plastic, I actually ended up using it for nail polish storage but would be ideal for first aid use.

It's not huge inside but it's okay. I haven't needed the dividers yet. The thing I dislike about it most is that they key is very tiny and can be difficult to turn.
