I bought this for my son and the only issue I had was the operation of the neck message part was tilted to far forward and it took a few minutes to figure out that you had to push the unit forward and then backwards to adjust the position. Once we figured that out, it operated much better.

Difficult to adjust the neck area. Good massage chair, but not worth the expense.

We won 2 $50 gift cards at 378 Ironworkers picnic so it made it possible to purchase the massage cushion. Back and next massage is good but the vibrating seat seems minimal however very satisfied overall

painfull and could not get the balls to hit the parts of my back that needed it no matter how I adjusted it. Also neck massager was more like a head massager.

This item works very well for the back shoulders and neck. I would recommend it to anyone.

It is hard to adjust to a comfortable position, and it is intense pain for the body to accept.
