It gets the job done, and for the cheap price is worthwhile.But there are quality issues as with any other cheap product. The assembly instructions are fairly confusing (for example, the screws don't match the pictures in the instructions) and it took about an hour to assemble. The parts fit together a little too snug, so when I have to adjust the height bar I literally have to unscrew the system to get it to move. It's not terribly well balanced, and the headrest is way to short, leaving my head hanging off the edge when I'm flipped. A bit rickety as well when in operation.But, these are easy to deal with in lieu of paying another $100 towards a better table.

I rate this product 3 stars! On the good side. Although the material isn't the best quality, it is durable, and has lasted over 6 months since I've bought it early 2017. I use it frequently when my hip and spine need a good stretch. I should also mention that I weigh 160lbs. Would Not recommend for those weighing 250+. It could've came with a better ankle support to say the least. Self assembly takes approximately 20 min. If you're not budgeting, invest your money on another inversion table. Bought this for my wife because she has lower back pain and so far it has helped her relieve stress on her back. She has just started doing the exercises recommended to strengthen her back and core and has seen some improvement. Very nice quality for the price.
