The product itself, the sling and strap, are very good. Excellent materials, look to be solid. Good size: it fits and adjusts well and is comfortable. The split strap shoulder pad is first class. It Comes with the Instruction Manual, After reading all Instructions I learned that the hand should be at 90 degrees.The sling was comfortable for both my arm and my shoulder even after 12 hours with my arm in it. I did find the thumb loops helpful – they help in positioning correctly. If you need an arm sling for longer-term use than a few days or a week, I can recommend this one highly.
