So I've purchased the system nearly 10 months ago , installed and running for approximately 6 months.The system comes with everything you need to install. The box itself is decently sized and the instructions are simple enough to follow via the qr codes on the box. Same with the app you use the qr code to find it and register your box to view on mobile devices via Internet. The camera picture is brilliant at 4k but the app playback has been a little up and down but with constant app updates it's alot better now than it was a few months ago. You can very easily read passing or parked cars number plates and people's faces are very recognisable day or night with the help of the ifra red light and spot lights. They also have audio in and out, meaning you can hear from the cameras and they have a speaker so you can speak out of them. Also with it being Poe you have to run just one ethernet (rj45) cable for power, audio and video.So after a few months of use one of the cameras decided to stop working, which is where I had to try multiple diffrent methods to see if its the camera or the nvr box. Swapped diffrent cameras to the same port and they worked, tried the faulty camera in diffrent ports and same problem.I made contact with Zosi via their online messenger service and was met with Amy. Amy then helped me though the process to get the camera replaced. Amy went above and beyond to help me and the customer service I recieved was absolutely amazing. Amy has then sorted out a replacement for me and the whole process a breeze. Sorted out a returns label and explained the process from start to finish. Amy is a amazing example of how customer service should be, pleasant, polite and courteous with knowledge of the product and company they represent.Absolutely amazing product with even better customer service, so much so I very highly recommend to family and friends when they enquire about a good CCTV system. Highly recommended.

Delivered on time. Excellent packing. Straight forward to install and all cameras worked imediately wheln powered up. Removing the base plate was the only area that required some strength in the fingers and thumber to move.Very happy so far with the results. Only been operational for the past 24 hours.

**Update - August 2022 system is now 5months old and its brilliant -but one of the cameras developed a fault - flickering/reverting to B&W now always in B&W- contacted Amazon who put me in touch with ZOSI customer support - They have been excellent! Despite the time difference -Rainbow- even Whatsapped me during his 'night time!- They went through a series of system check with me, giving advice however that failed to fix the problem. After doing all of the fault finding and confirming a faulty camera - they are sending out a replacement - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT - there when you need it! Well done 'Rainbow' and ZOSI - Thank You!I've had a Zosi system for almost 7yrs, its never let me down and I always considered it a great value home system, it was only 720p but adequate for my needs/budget. I saw this one an Amazon at a great price and with my previous experience of Zosi it was a no brainer to upgrade to the 1020p 2TB system. It was also very handy that I was able to re use the BNC cables already in place and just swapped out the cameras. Set up was very easy - just followed the links and it was done! Even better, my old 8camera system is going to be reinstalled at my nephews! Great picture, easy set up and fantastic value in my opinion. I'd have no reservation recommending this system to anyone thinking about it!

Very good picture quality and 2 way audio brilliant. The installation is plug and play so network knowledge is required.. Technical support is efficient to and helpful to.understamd some menu options. I will buy again and recommend.

I realised from the point of purchase that this was not a premium system. However, I was expecting a basic system that I could view my property when away from home. The first issue I had was every time I tried to speak through the door 2 way audio camera it crashed the windows app (this has not been resolved). At that point the front door WiFi camera went off line until it was reset. The next issue I have is no matter what setting I put the WiFi camera on the security lights come on whenever a car drives down the road or the wind blows. The settings for the sound and lights are switched off, so no idea what’s happening there. The latest issue I am having is the 2 south facing cameras have condensation on the lenses. This makes them next to useless. I appreciate it has been pretty wet of late, but these are outside cameras.I have recently fitted an Annke Vision system in another of my properties and there are none of these issues with that system.The other issue with the system is you have to update the screen every time you go between cameras. This is very annoying and makes for poor viewing experience.

I’ve owned multiple CCTV systems over the years and this is probably the easiest and quickest to use that I have come across. Everything just plugs in and works straight out of the box. In addition the support team are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This system surprised me i I have fitted a lot of cctv good quality picture easy app. Cameras slightly awkward with casing but very happy

I brought these cameras to replace my WiFi cameras and they are very good quality, apart from 2 cameras ones wasBlurry and one didn’t work, but I spoke to ZOSI Costumer services and a person called AMY FROM ZOSI sorted all my problems and sent me two new camera’s absolute brilliant costumer service from Amy 5 stars ❤️
