Company providing 3 years of warranty but if break within a year or month no body can claim the warranty. Because no warranty for physical damaged item. Specially handle is full worst quality. No hardness, even after receiving I fixed the handle. We can make roti or chapati as usual like other brand. Temperature volume knob not necessary cause that should be always at end mark otherwise cannot make roti, because due to less temperature issue. So no use of temperature control. So I think go for automatic temperature roti multi purpose use maker machine. Material wise not up to the mark.Another issue, some reviews noticed that: some people got electric shocked, they need earth connection for third up side point to avoid unwanted shock!

Make soft dough and keep it 30-45 minutes then make roti as you make it on tawa. Don't close the uppar part during making of roti otherwise it will become Papad. You can watch any video on YouTube for help. In the beginning You will face problem and result will be not good but when you have an idea that how it's works then you will be master and you will love it. Quality of the product is good as compare to other products in the market. Take little bit extra time than making roti on tawa because of heating and autocut.

The package arrived damaged but the product inside seemed okay. I've used it now for two months and I enjoy using it.The non stick performance is very good, and the thermal management is quite okay. The outside will get hot and can burn you if you're careless.The drawback of all roti makers is that no matter how soft the dough is, the roti is always going to be a little thick.I find it's fine to use a ball and press the lid to make maida rotis, which are anyway very tough to handle when the dough is very sticky.However when making wheat flour rotis it's much better to use a rolling pin and give a few rolls on the dough ball until it's flat. It doesn't have to be perfect, if you roll it to 60-70% of the way the lid press will complete the job. You can still make rotis by simply placing a whole ball of dough but the roti will either be a bit thick when pressed too soft, or it'll disintegrate when pressed too hard. About 10% of the time I used to get the pressure just right. Whereas now that I'm pre rolling my rotis beforehand, it works all the time.It's still very useful because it regulates the temperature, and even if the rolled flat bread is not perfectly even in thickness the press will finish it to acceptable levels.I've definitely started to make rotis more often now than when I had to use a tawa. Cleanup is also very easy.

I am highly recommend to the buyer, please don't purchase this product as it is not working properly. Very much disappointed. I purchased this for my mother but she also not happy. The roti you make by this roti maker this not ready for eat. You have through this in dustbin. Very much disappointed 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

bad plastic quality. not working properly. rotis are not pressing properly.

The thermostat of the product is not working properly, if it is on maximum level position, sufficiant heat have not keeping for cooking . Hence I am not satisfied, comparitively the product from Pristiege. Moreover the Items purchased on 08-08-2024 and return date closed on 23-08-2024. This period is not enough for the testing . Therefore I am not suggest for purchase the item.

Product works really well if instructions are followed correctly. The roti in the photo was the 3rd attempt. Really satisfied with the overall experience. Item came properly packaged and had a plastic spatula and a plastic brush for spreading oil. Both of them are cheap but not really required for the product. But the thought of providing them is appreciated. The product heats up quickly and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!
