I have had neck pain for years. I've tried everything including taking Advil like candy. I know that taking Advil the way I did is not recommended. I was desperate to find relief. This Massager is amazing. I'm not saying it is a miracle cure, but when worn it works and it feels good. It comes with a very small instruction booklet. Forget it...I went to YouTube for instructions and was shown exactly what to do. For those who said that it gets too hot. You can turn the heat off. I put all the levels at the highest number. I would highly recommend this to anyone who sits at the computer for long periods. I know that is the cause of my pain. When I am finished I just charge it...It hasn't run out of charge yet. Don't hesitate. It works. Edit to add: Ok for me it is a miracle cure...I woke up 2 days in a row without neck pain. I won't use it on the days without neck pain. I'm just happy with the results thus far.

You can’t get the app to open up. You can’t control it remotely. You have to put it on and try to adjust it manually while it’s running on your neck. Trying to fumble with the buttons while trying to remember what does what, after a major stroke, isn’t fun. I was up half the night trying to get the app to let me in. I kept trying to get it to send me a code to my email and I tried 3 different email addresses. Once I finally put it on, it did actually relax the muscles in my neck but, there’s not shiatsu, like it claims and if there is, who’d know because you can’t open the app and the instructions are sub-par, at best. For the money you spend on this, you can spend elsewhere and get what you pay for and heck, they’ll probably throw in a remote control. So better, people work hard for their money… I gave it one star because it actually came on and did something right…

Great Looking, the box is extremely nice - ideal for gifting. The unit seems to be of high quality and responses well to the controls and is comfortable to wear. I would recommend it for most people...My neck pain is extremely bad at this time and I returned it for one for only one reason - I need something with a very strong massager feature. This unit has several levels of intensity for both the vibrations and heat features though neither is vey high - I think they would work well for most people.

Agree with all the excellent build quality comments. This thing works great. Tens stimulation coupled with heat and pulsating fingers at different intensity’s and patterns feels amazing. Works best if you lay your head and neck on a pillow to let gravity put some pressure against it. Not going to give you a deep tissue massage but it’s very helpful. I can only use my other shiatsu massager every couple of days because it makes my neck muscles sore so this gets used in between. Highly recommend it. App works very well also. Put on a 15 minute timer and let it massage you to sleep.

I have had this device for 7 months now. Paid $95.00 for it. The tens function has never worked properly—emits a startling jolt every time it comes to the end of the cycle. I guess one could get used to it—but the intense jolt it emits, scares me everrrrry time! It’s like willfully sticking your finger in an electric socket knowing that it WILL result in a buzz!And then there’s the battery. It worked well for 6 months; but now the voice assistant tells me that the battery is low—right after the light turns blue indicating a full charge. So now I have to charge the device more frequently because it’s always low on energy. Ridiculous. And yet… and yet… what is really ridiculous is that it still happens to be one of my favorite devices for my neck problems. The heat function works great and the massage is very soothing. I wish the device worked properly in every way! Alas,, there are too many bugs. I need a replacement; but, I would not buy this device again.

If you like being lightly electrocuted while little cats paw your neck. Or while babies barely poke your neck in oddly very exact succession this might be for you. I found it utterly useless, not relaxing, or effective.It is very very well made, the packaging is great, but I feel the product was just a little too “pitter patter” rather than effectively relaxing or therapeutic. For the money I’ll try something else, and returned this one.It’s gorgeous but useless.

Je l’utilise pour soulager un profond problème au niveau des cervicales, et cela fonctionne plutôt bien.En point faible : je trouve que cela ne chauffe pas assez en comparaison avec la concurrence.En point fort : la batterie dure la journée en chauffe seulement, une demi journée en utilisant les pulsation électrique ou les massages.Je recommande le produit, qui a été validé par mon ostéopathe et mon médecin spécialiste du sport

Ich war erst skeptisch, aber ich bin seit dem ersten Gebrauch echt begeistert. Das Gerät ist klein und mobil und hat für die kleine Größe echt was drauf: Verschiedene Programme Vibrationsmassage, Oberflächenwärme, Infrarot-Tiefenwärme und Elektroimpuls-Massage. Nur die Elektromassage mag ich nicht, alle anderen Programme finde ich wunderbar. Ich habe mir auch die App heruntergeladen und kann das Gerät über Bluetooth steuern. Das gefällt mir besser als die Bedienung am Gerät mit der krächzigen englischen Frauenstimme. Ich muss schon sagen, ich bin von dem Gerät echt begeistert und es kann schon sein, dass ich es in Zukunft mit auf meine Reisen nehme oder einfach im Haus damit herumlaufe. Das Tolle ist, man ist damit gar nicht eingeschränkt und kann während der Massage seinem normalen Tagesablauf nachgehen. Für mich sehr zu empfehlen. Für mich und meine chronischen Nackenverspannungen ist es top. Es ersetzt natürlich nicht eine gesunde Körperhaltung oder Sport, aber gegen Nacken-Verspannungen finde ich es top.
