The idea is very good but this product comes up a little small so can’t be worn for a full day, I had the large and where a size 5 shoe and it is too tight to wear all day 😕

These were far too tight, difficult to put on, so if you have a wider foot find an alternative !

Great arch support.
I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis and I find it helps to wear around the house initially to get used to it ,and if you put them in the fridge the gel bit really soothes painful arches

Disappointing
My feet are pronate & I struggle to balance without support. I bought these to wear at barre class but they did not give me the additional support/balance I was hoping for.

Effective and inexpensive solution to arch pain
Was experiencing pain in my arch from an overuse injury, and these arch supports provide great comfort and freedom from pain while recovering. I'm able to be on my feet for long periods and walk for decent distances. The silicone pads provide a nice little arch masssage while walking. I bought a second pair for backup.

Very comfortable
Today was the first day I wore these. They felt good around my arch and were comfortable. Seem to provide the support I needed. I like them.

Easy to use. Comfortable.
So I tried these out because I got a good deal. Let me just say that I walk for 8 hours every night at work. I have heel spurs and probably plantar fasciitis. Every night about half way through my shift, my feet are in so much pain that I struggle to make it through the night. When I wake up from sleeping, especially after working, I can barely stand. I wore these tonight at work, and even though I had discomfort, I did not experience the pain that I usually do: I am hoping that a few days of wearing them will improve my pain even more.They are very easy to use. There is a sticky back to the arch cushion, which I think you are supposed to attached to the sleeve, although I didn’t do this on the first night. I will attaché them, although I don’t think they will hold for long. But you really don’t need the sticky part. The sleeve does an excellent job of holding it in place.
