Purchased this for my mother. She is having ant problems and ants is one of the insects this is supposed to work on. She plugged the unit in near where the ants seem to be coming in from. Even after a couple of days she called to tell me that the ants are not near as many. She is hoping a little more time and they will be gone. She said she plugged it in made sure nothing was in front of it and let it do its work. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is a God's send.. I see Bugs on occasion but they are dragging along the ground half dead by the time they make themselves out into the open.. THANK YOU whoever invented this.. I am living in a basement apartment in the mountains.. I coulld not sleep that 1st week.. This has truly given me peace.

I bought this hoping it would get rid of the squirrels that had chewed their way into the attic above my bathroom. I live on the second floor of an old house converted into apartments, and my landlady is sometimes... lax about maintenance, and she wasn't doing anything about them. And they are LOUD, plus it's unnerving to listen to them above you when you're sitting on the toilet in the morning.So I was losing sleep AND constipated. It was horrible.Anyway, I plugged this in in the bathroom, and the noise decreased dramatically right away, but for a couple weeks they came back every morning at about 5am for about 5 or 10 minutes, and then finally they were gone, Maybe they were clearing out their stored food - don't know, but I am SO GLAD this thing worked. Oy.

Does not work on rodents or insects. In fact I have not seen it work on anything, I have seen the mice walk right by it while it was on, and it did not effect them. I still see spiders, flies, and I know it is on because it lights up. Might as well get something else because I am getting mice even though I have the Eliminator Plug-in and have been using it for about a month. This will make them stop squeaking for a week but it will not get rid of mice or anything else.

I am beginning to get suspicious of some of the reviews. I purchased this to put in my kitchen because I began to have an ant problem due to the cat food. I've lived in this house since 1963 and have never had a problem with bugs... until now. This product has had absolutely no affect whatsoever. I've tried re-positioning it, adjusting the frequency settings, and nothing has helped.

We spray for bugs several times a year and when we do that, we have to make sure the dogs aren't anywhere near where we spray outside and we have to confine our cat for a few hours while it all dries. Needless to say it has been quite difficult to do this every single time. I've been looking for alternatives to spray for a long time, So when I saw this one, I figured, why not? I am glad I did. I received this several days ago and I already noticed a difference. The ladybugs living in my plants have left and I have not seen a spider in quite some time. I am very please with how this product works and would definitely recommend it to pet owners as an alternative to chemicals.

As an avid amateur chef/cook gnats and flies are always attracted to my kitchen. I installed two bug zappers and they have worked well, but didn't totally get rid of the problem So, I bought this device and installed it about a week ago. Today, I have not seen one single gnat or fly, so I am extremely happy. I don't know exactly how it works but it works! I kept the bug zappers as a back up device.

Sorry to say, I am so disappointed this does not work. I have some field mice and I bought this in hopes that I would get rid of the little vermin. Sadly they don't mind this at all! Oh well back to the drawing board........
