Good however yet to be used.

Product received in good condition..good packaging..but no instruction manuel. Was very time consuming..result came after error. If boards had taped markings and instructions provided it would have been better..overall satisfactory for the price.

Packaged using thermocoal, plastic wrappings, sturdy cardboard box. Comprehensive instruction manual helped DIY assembling, which was fun and good learning. Only need star screw driver, hammer and about 3 hours. Assembling drawer felt like great achievement since maximum cases its done by specialist carpenters. Wooden boards, their holes, assorted screws etc all designed for DIY, so really, carpenter not required, though Amazon offered free furniture assembling service, which I canceled.For this price range, can't expect sheesham, teak etc. hardwood material, instead engineered/ compressed wood sturdy enough for intended purpose. Maybe 5-7K more if such a model purchased whole from other stores. Btw, which other store sells such an elegant, spacious, sturdy drawer cabinet? E.g 4×2ft shoe rack at major retail store itself is 4.5K, and they didn't have cabinets anywhere close to this type. Durability depends on user care. Stuffed so many things into the drawers, and still much space left. No old fashioned drawer handles. Overall, appears like its solid wood!Best part being they sell 4 drawer cabinets.Minor issues:1) Drawer bottom sides have pre-drilled holes meant for screwing in the drawer slide rollers. But holes are positioned such the drawer will jut out 1 inch after sliding into the cabinet. To resolve, by hand (no need electric drill), can forcefully screw in the roller slides 1 inch before the existing holes, so that drawer fits in snugly into the cabinet (as shown in uploaded photo)2) Just 1 wooden wedge missing, but compensated by 1 extra metal screw, which completely solved the problemNegative:1) Drawer bottom plank thinner compared to rest of the frame and outer planks. Press it down and it bends slightly. Might have to avoid placing very objects that could bend the board over time.

Totally disappointed by the product. The product was damaged. Their carpenter opened the box and assembled it. He noticed and clicked the pictures. I also tried to contact them but no response. There are gaps between the drawers and frame. Plus the board is also flimsy and not sturdy at all. Strongly recommend not to buy anything from this viki furniture.

Pros:I received all the pieces in good condition.The chest looks good once every thing is fixed.Cons:Although there is a manual, it was quite challenging.The instructions does not point the exact sides the parts go in. But we could figure out and fix it ourselves. We had to make holes for screws as there was misalignment in the drawers.You need more than 1 person to fix. Preferably who is good at diy.

YouTube video guide was provided by the company to install. We can also hire their installation partner.They also promised to replace any part that is pre-damaged (make sure to make an unboxing video).Quality is really nice as per engineering wood. After installing, anytime, 2 people can shift the chest by removing some drawers, if needed.You can use top panel to place plants, instruments like Harmonium, Piano as it's heavy and sturdy.Looking great at the corner of my room (will update with pictures soon).There were even extra screws.The functionality is amazing as I can put my books, clothes, repairing tools, gardening tools etc.The drawer opening are has very less chance of dust & water splash allowance.Thanks

The best thing about this product is very much spacious and fulfil anyone’s purpose by looks and quality. At this amount I couldn’t get better. Little much confusion while assembling this up but thankfully I hired a carpenter from Urban company and he made my work much easier.. I am extremely satisfied with the product. Cons - scratches in few places but that can be ignored.

Purchased one in the beginning and bought 2 more. Perfect for my under staircase storage! Can't ask for more. Not just the looks, it's sturdy and has plenty of space.My interior work guys had quoted 60k for a similar one. Three of these drawers came up to about 23k along with fitting charges (got a professional to do it). So this one is a great buy for me!
