Long a symbolic figure of many cultures and religions, the peacock often represents spirituality, royalty, renewal, and good fortune. Cast of solid pewter in the Maryland studio of artist Mary Demarco, the peacock feather cluster is graced with an array of Swarovski crystals and cats-eye stones of blue and green. The lovely peacock blue and olive green feather colors are the result of enameling, the process of firing hand-painted glass powder at a high temperature for a smooth, permanent application. Finished with a pewter peacock dangle charm. Naturally adjustable to fit most wrist sizes (best for sizes 6.5 to 7.75). Peacock feather cluster measures 3" in length x 1.25" wide. All components are hypoallergenic, lead-free, nickel-free, and tarnish resistant. Fitting Tip: To prevent metal fatigue, don't bend and re-adjust the cuff each time is is put on. To take the cuff on and off, relax the wrist. At 1/4 to 1/3 of the way between the wrist and elbow, slide the cuff on (as there is less bone mass here). The cuff can then be slid down to fit between the wrist and hand. Initially, adjust the bracelet once so that there is an opening of 1" to 1.5", allowing the cuff to be put on and removed at the same location each time.
