Just what I needed
Great stuff. Rolls on well, nice thickness, very plague, and (while this part is hard to photograph) it IS nicely metallic.

These are absolutely perfect inks: excellent colour saturation
These are absolutely perfect inks: excellent colour saturation, viscosity, & very economical. Extremely easy clean up for such a good ink body.

Dark Yellow is actually Mango Orange (not a rich Canary Yellow as depicted)
The Dark Yellow is not yellow, it's orange. Like the mini-pumpkins you can buy around Halloween, it is straight up mango orange in color. The pictures show a rich, canary yellow. This is NOT that. I will try their standard yellow (which appears a sickly lemon color in the photos) in the hopes it, too, is darker than depicted, as it might then be closer to what I need.

Works great!
Works lovely on book cloth, not to much on texture paper when dealing with a detailed stamp. For the most part its nice. Its darker than in imgae so if you want to get a nice purple you will need to get white to lighten it up.

LOVE this ink!!
This product works really well when used in proper circumstances. It’s not great with tiny detail printing but GREAT with block printing and wonderful to use when working with kids. I use it quite often when printing leaves on dark paper with amazing results. Also works best when the ink is warmed and brought to tack with a brayer before trying to print. Excellent product in the right circumstance....

Not for your best works
I've recently gotten into making lino prints and have been expanding my collection of inks and colors. I purchased this tube of blue water soluble Speedball ink to use on some home made Christmas cards. On the positive side of things, the color matched my expectation and it's very easy to clean up. The prints I made using this ink were just ok. I had a little trouble finding a happy medium between too little ink which would result in some patchy areas in my prints, or too much which would lead to bleeding into blank areas. The quick dry time of the ink was also a bit challenging to work with as I would occasionally end up with little dry clumps on the roller or block that would screw up a print. Finally, once printed and dried, it's possibly to smear parts of the ink (I noticed as I was folding the printed greeting cards). Overall this stuff reminds me a lot of the tempera paint I used to paint with in school. It's not all bad though. As a way to make quick test prints and one-offs this works great since it's so easy to clean up. For work I plan to present I think I'll look for something oil based.
