I had these swimming shorts sent to my daughters partner who is very discerning when it comes to clothes. The perfect person to give an honest and if appropriate critical review on these. From the picture I thought they looked lovely....maybe the model wearing them helped! Anyway they arrived and I got immediate feedback. They are a very cool and comfortable pair of swimming shorts. He is a 30 inch waist ( I ordered small) and they were a perfect fit with some room to stretch up to a 32 inch if needed. He loved the black colour contrasted with the orange drawstring. Apparently this is reminiscent of super dry styles which he loves. There are pockets on both sides and a back pocket with Velcro fastening which is useful if you are on a beach and you need to put your wallet somewhere while you carry your ice cream ( we live in hope). There are quite strict washing instructions. To summarise just swill them in cold water and drip dry in the shade. I’m guessing if you do anything more they will probably fade. You definitely don’t want to be ironing them as they are are nylon. They feel very light so they will dry quickly which is a bonus when you are on your holidays. The main bonus apparently is the fit. They are not too baggy and look good on the thighs and definitely look more expensive than they are. He gave them five stars and my daughter is looking at buying a spare pair as he likes them so much. Just be aware that the label has sizing appropriate to different continents so the small uk size shows a medium Asia sizing. So I think these are a winner and Im happy to recommend them to even the most fashion conscious young man.
