Honestly I had decided I was done with vaping and smoking, and I bought one of these and it really helped me when I had a craving. I would blow in it and before long the craving was gone. I've been off of vaping and cigarettes and nicotine pouches since I've bought it and I don't even use it anymore. The concept works though.

Chain broke on the first day. Still going to use the pendent to quit smoking though.

She say it calms her down, helps her focus shortly after having a panic attack or Anxiety … very happy with this item!

I have Vocal Chord Dysfunction, Vocal Chord Paralysis, Asthma and related anxiety. This necklace is great for breathing relief exercises.

UPDATE: I first bought the Rose Gold and loved everything but the chain. So, I bought the "White color" and when it was delivered, it was very dirty on the inside. The silver coating was coming off on the hole at the top leaving it discolored and ugly - and - the chain was cheaply made, so that I'd never wear it for fear of it breaking. Therefore, I'm giving it 2 stars. A shame because they really have an intrinsic appeal, both visually and in the design - but their quality control is severely lacking.

Breathe in 4 seconds,hold 4 seconds,blow out 4-8 seconds. Breathing through this or left nostril calms the parasympathetuf nervous system (fight or flight). The small hole helps fill the lungs since most breath "wrong" such as chest breathing. Truly works, if you use CBD or THC to calm,try this.

More elegant than pictured...does the job fantastically..I find it's not only great for anxiety and lung conditioning, but also tones face and abdominal muscles at the same time! What a great product..for real, buy this one.
