I have tried everything on the market. Even color only licensed colorist can only get their hands on- cannot compare to this glorious hair color. I really am so impressed. I ordered 2 sets of the 6pack but I am going to order more. Didn’t burn my scalp (make sure your hair is dirty it applies better and will not burn) I even had some color get on the top of my ear and a bit on my face but went away in the shower. I didn’t have to kill myself getting it off.*Update: my hair is so shiny and I am so impressed with the color and the leave in 3 min treatment is wonderful! Will never purchase anything else again

I've been using this hair dye for a long time, and it has never let me down.What I appreciate the most is the absence of a harsh smell. Instead of that strong ammonia odor, there's a light herbal scent. You know the kind of smell I'm talking about—the one that often gives you a headache.The dye itself is quite thick, and at first, this can be a bit off-putting because it's a bit harder to apply than a more liquid dye. But the upside is that it doesn't drip.The dark chestnut shade comes out very natural!Now, for the downsides: the gloves that come in the box often don't fit well. But that’s minor; the more disappointing thing is that the price has gone up noticeably over the years. Still, buying a six-pack helps save a bit.All in all, this dye has been my trusted partner for years.

I have been using this hair coloring product for many years, I started when I had my hair professionally lightened but could not afford the upkeep after a while so I decided to try it myself.I was so impressed with the results that I have used this hair coloring product, I have gone from blonde to brunette to redhead using this product. I have also used it to lighten my hair so I could use Overtone’s conditioner color for brown hair. I am very happy with it and will keep using it as long as I keep getting the great results. Also it’s worth mentioning that I also stopped getting my hair professionally done due to my sensitivity to the perfumes used in the chemical composition of the professional hair. I would get severe headaches whenever I had my hair done with regular hair coloring products. I tried at home ones which were just as bad that’s another reason that led me to try Naturtint hair coloring products.

I want to preface this review with the fact that I'm a natural red-head, and many products -- especially dyes and colourants -- are not made with red-heads in mind. I wanted to mix things up and try out this hair dye because it has been recommended to me by another red-head that uses it for her greying roots. It looks beautiful on her, but she does have a slightly different shade of natural red hair, which I didn't think about before just slapping it on, so I'm not one to blame a product for my own mistakes. I admit that the colour of it while processing was scary dark and I thought I made a huge mistake. Once it was all washed out and mostly dried, it's a beautiful, warm, and chestnut-y colour.I purchased the terracotta blonde colour because I thought it would work close to my natural colour, which I have pictured in the first of the three pictures I've included in this review. My natural hair is definitely closer to the brighter orange end than to the colder, deeper red end. From the picture on the box, I thought it'd be lighter, but that's not what made me give it a 4/5 stars. Actually, I have carpal tunnel and found that if I was using the bottle of dye for longer than 3 minutes, it turned to a really thick gel that didn't want to come out of the bottle, and I had to squeeze the bottle really hard. I know the point of this hair dye is that it's gel, but a lot of it just wouldn't come out of the bottle without me having to take off the application tip and dump as much as possible into a gloved hand by shaking it quickly and aggressively. That's really my biggest complaint, that it just becomes so difficult to come out of the applicator. Maybe I'm alone on this issue because I already have wrist and joint issues, and that's okay. I just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone else has hand and grip difficulties.Other than that, I think I could get used to this colour. It had a nice smelling hair mask included with a decent amount for long, thick hair. I had to get two boxes because I have a lot of hair. I have sensitive skin, and it didn't irritate me at all. The dye itself didn't smell bad or chemically. My hair was left soft, and I think the colouration looks very natural. I dyed my eyebrows as well, and it looks like it could just be my natural hair colour. It looks warm and inviting, and it's just a shade or two darker than my natural hair. All around, a pleasant process. I think I'd also recommend this brand to others. I've tried other hair dye and colour deposits before in the past, and besides overtone, this felt like the most gentle and nourishing hair colorant for my hair. Lastly, I found that it washed out after processing much easier than other dyes that take well over 45 minutes just to run clear with two boxes of dye on my hair. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a less irritating, ammonia-free box dye.

I've been using this for years and honestly prefer it to the professional brands in the salon. It covers gray FABULOUSLY and doesn't build up like other brands. I feel like it blends well and never leaves a harsh color line. I love this stuff.

Easy instructions, I can easily do my color myself.The results are as expected and as shown on the package.I love that it doesn't smell much at all when applying, as I'm very sensitive to smell (to the extent I have to cover my nose when I'm on the detergent aisle, or at the perfume sections at Macy's or at a Sephora)

Poser une coloration naturelle n'est pas une mince affaire, donc quand le résultat obtenu n'est pas à la hauteur des efforts : c'est très frustrant ! Ce produit a généré plus de déception et de frustration qu'autre chose. # cheveux blancs non couverts.
