One square short
Don't know why there was 11 and not 12 squares. If you use 11 no matter how you configure it there looks like one is missing.

Great product.
Used for underneath my hot tub. I laid this on artificial grass. It proved difficult getting each part to lock in. I would say this is more down to where I chose to lay it rather than any issues with the product. This was the reason for four rather than five stars. Well priced and worth a purchase as it is maintenance free.

Quick easy and inexpensive
Low maintenance great surface to put over concrete slabs although must make flat filling any gap's in.Seller very good when reported damage of a few tiles by delivery.So far well walked on and unsed without too much issue.Gave it 5 stars because we love it.

sharp plastic underside
The product can only be used on a solid base. Sharp under supports underneath means it can not be used on say a rubber roof as it would perforate the roof. Had the supports been flat not open it would have been a great product

Not at all suitable for grass better for patio ended up receiving a refund
