Easy to clean and hasn't broken so far
I have been searching for the right water bottle for me for years. I really dislike the plastic ones (because no matter what they say today, it seems like they change their minds and decide plastic is toxic after I purchase one) and the aluminum ones have a funny taste to me. So I researched EVERY glass water bottle on Amazon. Yeah, I overthought that one a bit and it took a while to make a decision. But, I've been really satisfied with this one so far. I've only had it for six weeks, but thats a long time for me and glass to have a relationship. I haven't dropped this yet, and I really think its due to the silicone ring that I've held onto it this long. So, its lasted far longer than I expected (because I'm that clumsy with glass) and its super easy to clean and doesn't have an after taste or any harmful chemicals. I'm thrilled and coming back to buy more (because I find its easier if I fill a bunch of them and keep them in the refrigerator so I can grab them on the run.)Pros:No cancer-causing chemicals!!!!Has been through the dishwasher multiple times without breaking (but I do take care to set it aside from the other dishes)So easy to cleanCons:I'm going to have to watch the lid because one of them separated from the metal already (which I don't mind) but I'm thinking that if it separated, it might be able to get water up in there that could potentially lead to a mold issue. If it does, I'll take the metal off the other lids as well and just use the plastic, but there is still a ring inside the plastic so I'll be carefully monitoring all of it for mold. But so far, its doing great and I'm very pleased with these!

Cap is not ideal
The bottle itself and the silicon pieces are nice, however the cap is quite annoying to deal with. It has a small plastic gasket that is necessary to make the cap water-tight and is extremely difficult to remove for cleaning. Also, cleaning the cap is a pain even after getting the gasket out because there is a solid metal piece in the middle of the cap that leaves only a small space where the gasket and threads that screw the cap onto the bottle go. You can't fit a finger in that space to clean so you would need a tiny brush to clean it effectively. And no, you can't just throw the cap in the dishwasher. I tried and the heat melted some adhesive inside the cap such that the metal exterior now spins freely around the plastic interior part that actually screws on. Now I have to tightly squeeze the cap to actually screw it on/off.

Good old American customer service!
We bought 4 of these water bottles. Drinking water or any beverage, for some reason, just tastes so much better than from a can or one of those plastic ones--yuck! One of the rubber portion on the bottom was loose and would not stay up. This company immediately informed me that they would replace the bottle. I told then no problem and that we would just return the defective ones and I could see how it probably was human error at the factory----no problemo. Amazon was quick too and told us to send it back and they would give us a gift card for the amount of that defective bottle. ELDR Supply immediately said they would ship a new one out to us. Talk about great customer service all the way around.

Great glass water bottle
I use this water bottle on a daily basis and love it.For me, I want something I have in my hand every day to be attractive, and the modern design of this bottle fits the bill. I like a glass bottle as you don't get any of the negative flavor experience imparted by stainless or plastic alternatives. It is higher quality than the previous iteration I owned for years until it broke. The old one had a coating over the metal that flaked off with time, and the metal on this one appears to be brushed stainless and more durable. The plastic base is a nice touch, though it isn't secure as I would like in an ideal world. Not sure how I'd fix that, and it doesn't make me like the bottle any less, though. The quality control could use a little work, as the plastic sleeve around the middle is slightly irregular, and there is a tiny bubble in the glass on the side that gives it a little rough texture I can feel. However, for the low cost, none of this bothers me--I'll just buy another when the time comes. To sum up, it's not 100% perfect in every way, but it's still my favorite water bottle, and I will certainly buy another one.

SO FAR, SO GOOD
These are great. Just got it a few days back, and I could not be happier so far. I use it at my gym, and it keeps the water cooler than a plastic bottle would. Sometimes I fill it up and put it in the freezer for a short time, just enough to ice the water over a bit so it stays cold through my whole workout. I don't not put the cap on it though when I put it in the freezer because it might cause the glass to break when the water expands, and also I feared it might ruin the cap. I also recommend not using it in the fridge with the cap on it. I think the metal cap will last better if you keep it out of constant moisture and cold. When I come home from my workout I washout the bottle, and the cap. I let the bottle air-dry, but I dry the cap with a paper towel, just so water isn't sitting on it for extended periods. This bottle seems sturdy enough, and fits very comfortable in my hand, and is easy to grip by the rubbery-like black band around it. I think as long as you remain conscious of the fact that it's a glass bottle, and don't get to rough with it in placing it down too hard, it should be fine. Also, I'd be careful not to over-twist the cap when put the cap on it. A slight bit of pressure is all that's required to close the cap and create a solid seal. It's got this rubbery-like type liner in the inner groove of the cap that works very well. I like this bottle so much already that I've already ordered a second one. lol

Great product.
It has a tiny chip at the bottom though.
