Listen...I didn't want to drill a single hole in my roof or route wires to the back of my car and have them pinched between the trunk lid\ back door. This was way to easy to install. I used the entire length provided and evenly spaced the 3m adhesive tape the length of the cable hider. The key for good adhesion is cleaning your working area well. I used 91% alcohol to clean the area because the wipe they give you is only 71% and its so little it isn't worth your time. Clean until your you get a clean paper towel. Apply starting from the top working your way down removing the cover on the tape one at a time. Take your time and it will last. Great price, great buy and will be buying another for the other side just in case.

Purchased this to install a light bar on my Tacoma, while the quality was about what I was expecting for rubber channeling it was tremendously overpriced for a strip of essentially rubber... Adding to the fact that they required the installer to place several strips of 3M double sided tape in order to install made me regret the purchase. Overall it does what it's supposed to do but it is severely overpriced and a purchase from your local hardware store could fix the issue at virtually half the cost.
