I've always taken vitafusions 20mg, first time using this brand. For the price, it's worth it. Originally, I was turned off by the smell and texture and only took 1. Now I'm falling asleep lol the taste is OK I guess, but the strength hit me pretty fast with just 1. My only real complaint is delivery time. Was Monday, then Tues, then wed, Finally arrived Thursday afternoon.

I take 3 of these and within 30 to 60 minutes, I’m out sleeping. I find it hard to sleep as my mind is always racing. I take these gummies and I fall asleep. If my mind is not racing, I don’t take any. These taste funny at first, but you get used to them and they taste pretty good now leaving a good taste in my mouth. Can’t beat the price on these bad boys! I order 2 bottles every other month. 1 bottle lasts me a month. Told you my mind races…..hence why I take these gummies!
