And I would stare the texture doesn’t feel breathable, the initial cool feel wears off and it feels hot? You get sweaty, then cold as heck and have to put extra blankets until you’re up to temp again. So I guess the reason why this blanket causes coolness is the cold sweats associated with it, which are not fun, and are terrifyingly cold. It just traps sweat like a swampy mess, maybe that’s just my condition being different from the average person. I will state quality control is bad on this item and stitching is off and not all the way, coming undone as well. Another thing I should state is if you sweat a lot and there’s animal smell anywhere, it picks up a stench. I definitely sweat, I’m not a perfect person. It reeks of dog, more thank any other blanket I have.

I got the largest size available for a California king bed, and it's perfect. It's so thin and breathable, I was actually kind of cold while sleeping last night! It kind of gives the vibe of a top sheet but a little thicker and heavier, but not as thick and heavy as a regular blanket or comforter. It's a nice middle and I'm so glad to have found it! Well worth the money in my opinion.

I have dysautonomia, which often means night sweats and mid-night adrenaline dumps.I get too hot and too cold all at once or right in a row, and nights are the worst. I stick a leg out, I pull the covers tight, I throw the covers off, then pull them back on. It’s the Hokey Pokey all night…I’ve tried so many different cooling blankets, but most nights have remained miserable. They get too hot eventually, or they’re nothing more than a sheet.But finally! This one.Silky and ice-cold to the touch. Drapey and cozy to snug. And somehow, I fell asleep at 11 and didn’t wake once until 4am, which is seriously so big!!Like, I didn’t overheat and need to vent out some steam, nor did I get too cold bc the blanket isn’t blankety enough.This Princess and the Pea has found juuuuust the right porridge to keep sleep cozy all night. 😴I highly recommend this blanket for anyone struggling with nighttime body temperature regulation (night sweats, hot flashes, etc.).Especially if you like your blanket to snuggle you back and also hate things touching you. I bought this for me and my wife since we sleep hot . The blanket it very soft like silk and stays cool most the night . Definitely worth a try in the 100 degree weather we have here all summer

I sleep really hot and I love that it's light weight and cooling. Has a really soft smooth texture. I have a queen size bed but ordered the next size down as I tend to need to take my blankets off at night every once in awhile and it's easier to manage. I got the light pink color which is really light and not overwhelmingly pink. Easy to take care of.

Quite frankly I was skeptical about this product, but happy that it actually helps me stay cool. It is slippery and hard to keep in place, but that's manageable.

We love this blanket! Even my husband, who never really voices his opinion, has told me he feels like we are millionaires with the luxurious feel of this blanket. Hoping it holds up in the wash, but really happy with our purchase.
