I like to say this is a great working door lock. This was on an inside door. This was my 2nd one I bought. I bought this one to replace the first one I somehow broke on changing out the batteries- All my fault and not the locks fault. The batteries do last a long time and the RFID - 125 Mzh ( whatever it is but it's 125 ) was easy to add cards and easy to install. However when I did buy the 2nd one it was the wrong swing. Now I don't know if it was mine, Amazon or the seller. I had click on buy again and assume it would be the same one but it wasn't. So I returned it. Once again this is a GREAT lock.

Bought 5 of these, one of them was acting up and seller wouldn't replace but gave me a run around. But its been over a year and they still work great. Id buy more of these

Works well, but very large. I had to shave some of the plastic off the housing on the top in order to fit my deadbolt above it. Haven't had it long enough to tell how long batteries will last, especially since the batteries are stored in the unit that is outside in the elements.Update: Mine stopped working because the shaft of the mechanism has 4 knobs on the end of the shaft that interlock with the other shaft on the inside of the lock and two of them broke off. When the handle is turned, it doesn't fully retract the latch and my door can't be opened. I'm trying to epoxy the little knobs back onto the shaft but have been unsuccessful so far. The shaft is made of cheap cast metal and didn't last long. Additionally, I had to void my warranty to get the screws out and get into the lock to see why it stopped working in the first place. I've replaced my door knob with a cheap, regular one from home depot for now until I either fix mine or find a better alternative.

Well constructed, feels solid. Easy to install with clear instruction. Easy to setup and works well with our fobs. We're buying this again to replace other keyed locks for sure.

This could be a 5 star product for sure. The lock has accepted numerous key codes for our employees and has worked quite well so far (we are still on our first week).I bought the lock to install on our office door in another country.First impression: it’s heavy. Could be very good. We will see. The wires seem to be unnecessary. In fact, keeping them detracted was recommended to keep someone from changing the master key card. Mine are tucked into the lock hole. Will probably cut them off when I change batteries.When I tried to get the battery compartment open I was severely disappointed. I put the supplied screwdriver where I thought the battery compartment door was and immediately got a stress fracture in the plastic. After 30 minutes and 2 people helping we finally found the battery door release. By the way. It’s NOT on the bottom of the lock itself, it is on the BOTTOM OF THE ROUND LOCKING MECHANISM. There is even a place to put your screwdriver. The Instructions were anything but clear on this.The instructions for installing this lock are both difficult and easy. Crazy, I know. It seems that customer service from the company is just bad. While trying to decipher the Instructions I broke the battery compartment plastic. It’s very cheap and the metal around it is as well.The instructions for adding key cards, the master key, and everything else was remarkably simple though so one bonus star for that.I contacted the company to see about a replacement battery compartment and the cost to ship it was ridiculous. I guess that’s where the handling comes in. $8 to ship a $6 part. No thanks.Will definitely update the review as time goes on.

Works great. Have it installed on the exterior doors of an old apartment building.

Parts missing, parts included not working. It is not installer error. I have 4 contractors who can build just about anything who cannot get what was included to work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. The top of it is, they will not take it back.
