Q: Is this waterproof or water resistant? Pics say resisant, text say proof

I would say water resistant, though it went through some significant rains and kept the umbrella dry.

Q: Does the pull cord secure tightly enough at the bottom to prevent bats from getting into it? I want to keep them out of our umbrella!

I would say no- but I would still recommend the cover as it’s been great. I would suggest tying it but also adding a bungee cord around the bottom to tighten it.

Q: How do I get a warranty replacement, there is no company contact information.

Two things: I don’t know what the fabric is. I’m sure it is detailed in the buying description. I live in Michigan, obviously not the same issues as AZ. I’ve had mine for a couple of years and it still looks new.
