I got this for my special needs 11 year old because he cannot ride a 2 wheel bike. He loves that it looks like a "cool" bike and not an "old person" bike.Our list of complaints would include : The bike is tricky to assemble with the given instructions, the video they provide after you email them is far more helpful. The back tire fenders for it do not fit, they are for a different sized tire, and are not adjustable as the video shows, but instead welded. We informed the company who tried to fix it, but only sent us the exact same set, so my dad ground down the welding on them so they could be adjustable. They aren't perfect, but they are better then before. The basket and some of the pieces are white, instead of black like shown, and it looks cheap. I ended up spray painting those pieces black to match better. The seat is god awful uncomfortable, like as soon as your bum touches it, it hurts. We ended up replacing the seat.All in all, nothing that makes me regret my purchase. I'd buy again from this company in a minute. The front brakes were faulty at 1st and they immeadiately replaced them for us for free. I had first called a bike shop to ask for help adjusting everything and I was disgusted by the owner telling me that's what I get for buying it online instead of from them (you know, for 2-3 times the cost!), and I took it to my dad who didn't know what was wrong, but worked at it and eventually we got it perfect.

Purchased this trike to try it out and I love it but it did arrived with some issues that I had to get fixed, I'm guessing mine came defective and due to some damage to the box some components weren't working well. After I took it to a bike shop and had all issues corrected and some parts replaced it worked well. For the price is a great deal, keep in mind that trikes out there are going for $999 or more. The customer service recuvery is amazing they were able to correct all issues in a fast and prompt manner. Very professional from their part which is rare these days. Right now I gave it 4 stars because of the hassle I had to deal with but I'm gonna keep ridding it some more I'll update the rating.

Reasonable quality alternative to store options. Assembly required several people. Adjustments required, but end result is good

The assembly video is to fast, 4 bicycle mechanic would not touch this bike. Found bike mechanic and told me worse bike no guarantees I would be happy once assembled. Recieved bike, could not peddle, peddles to close to rear tire and seat. 2 other people tried to ride and balance is terrible. Also missing seat post, charged $190 for assemble and bike post. 1 month and $606 out of pocket for purchase of bike and assembly, run around with manufacture and amazon. Want me to take bike apart, package and ship back. I couldn't assemble, box thrown away and they want me to ship. Good luck, if I was suffocating from air and amazon had the only air I would suffocate before I spent another dime!

Item was not well packaged and the suspension fork was bent. Contacted customer service and had replacement fork within 5 days. Tires are made of nylon instead of rubber but I used. Ones I removed from old trike. It comes with twist shifter which I do NOT like but relaxing those with EZ fire one I bought off Amazon. I bought this trike for suspension fork and 7 gear capability. Time will tell if it holds up but optimistic.

This item was a gift for the wife and she said she loved it!

Dad loves the bike, particularly because it doesn't look like an old person bike or girlie... that said, make sure they can get their leg up high enough to clear the center bar, and for the love of all that is holy, adjust the breaks before launching the maiden voyage down a hill with a lake at the bottom ...

I strongly recommended this bic for everyone I never ride a bic but I love to do excessive it is so fast love it
