Received this on 8-27-22 in a well packaged box. I have 30 days to make sure it's running as advertised. I know everyone have their own opinion on this one, but it's serving my purpose so far. And it's so quiet, I had to look at the panel to make sure it was on! I'll give an update as needed9-1-22I've been dehydrating diff things left and right, and I'm just thrilled with its performance. I'll text again n a week👍9-10-22Update on the update, lolol.So far I've dehydrated tomato paste, sour cream, squash, green beans, corn, (and my list will continue to grow) and its still going strong. Of course you can't predict what exact temp or time your food will get done, but common sense should tell you to either move up or down. But I'm pleased with my purchase stillUpdate on all the updates!I absolutely love this machine. She's finally getting a well deserved rest from all I've done. But ppl just know when purchasing things, even brand new, you will get a clinker or 2. I just happen to get a good one. Great little oven for dehydrating just about anything that can be dehydrated. Instructions are easy to follow and it gives you a guide on how long and at what temp you should use for item being dehydrated. You cannot place anything on the top of this oven, as that is where it is vented. If you place anything on top of it while using it, it will shut off. If you already have something on the top of it just before getting ready to use it, it will not turn on at all.UPDATE:Have used this oven for a while now. I bought it mainly to make Jersey for my dogs, but have used it for so much more.I dehydrate apple slices, kiwi, have done strawberries, although they are nothing like what you find in the cereals. I make dog biscuits and after baking them, I throw them in this oven to get crunchy. My pups love them! And they are so much healthier than what I had been giving them.

I am using this to cure resin rather than dehydrate food. I put pieces in an set to 95 for half an hour, then change the temperature to 149 for an hour and a half. This fully cures resin and it’s wonderful.There is no ‘off’ button, so to truly be off, you must unplug the machine. Pressing ‘stop’ does not stop the process, nor does opening the door.My biggest complaint about this product is that the trays are not level. They are obviously not meant for what I am using it for, so I can’t really fault it too much. The trays are a little warped and do not sit flat. I am forced to check my level on every tray every time I use it, because they will rock and ruin the level on resin pieces. I level each corner with popsicle sticks and am searching for trays I could use in place of the wire ones that come with the unit.

I dehydrate chicken, liver, beef and pork for my Fourlegged kids and I absolutely love it because you can dehydrate it to be crunchy but I can make it semi moist in the center so there is still a little moisture for their stomach. I dehydrate fresh pineapple for myself and it’s absolutely fantastic.

For what it does it works and it does it well. I don't like that I can't adjust the temperature to where I want it. It has pre-set temperatures. I guess they are all the "right" ones but hey if you want to get artistic and do something a little different you can't.

Easy to use, simple design, easy to clean. Have made broccoli and kale chips so far. No problems yet. Happy with purchase. Does take up a lot of counter space, but all dehydrators do.

This dehydrator is magnificent. You can barely hear it running which is a definite game changer. It’s got a lot of room too. Would definitely recommend.
