This was a replacement unit for another model and shortly after installation it began to leak from the back at each of the PLASTIC elbows. The water main hooks up at the back and then is redirected to each of the sprayers. There are plastic 90 degree elbows and all were spraying water. I contacted SWCorp because my first one was defective and after a great deal of hassle they agreed to send me this brand new shower panel. When we finally received the replacement we had it professionally installed (again) and the new one immediately began to spray from the back too, only this one leaked from the front, where the shower head meet the glass panel. I called and left messages as well as emails and now SWCorp will not respond at all. We now have to cut into the wall from an adjoining wall and have an entirely new system installed.From my experiences I would absolutely not purchase any Anzzi by SWCorp ever again, they are very poorly designed and manufactured.
