S-1254 Noair Heat Squares Heating Covers

Work great. 3 of them failed due to maufacturer defects. They folded tehm too light for shipping causing cracks or cuts int he plastic. They fill with water. I emailed the company with no response. I called them with no answer. They called me a month later and left a voicemail about how to send them back. I havn't dealt with it yet since i have been busy. I am sad thought that 3 out of 10 failed.

These solar pool covers are nice if the quality was there. I called the company after ordering them because one of them filled with water. Then another one had an issue the company would not replace or return the items at all. In fact they were horrible to deal with. I have been using them now for two seasons and half of them have black mold in between the plastic and we just threw them out. Also they only increase the temperature of your pool depending on the amount of sun it gets anywhere between five and 10° we normally got about 5° extra out of it. Good luck I would never never never recommend this company.

I placed the heat squares in my pool and after 2 days there was no noticable increase in temperature. My bubble cover does a much better job, it will raise the temperature 5 degrees in the sun and retain most of the heat overnight. I just don't like it because it is difficult to handle.

I bought 5 Sun Squares and liked their appearance and ease of use so I ordered 10 more. In the meantime, I discovered that the squares don't maintain their separation. They get over-lapped and their effectiveness is therefore reduced. It doesn't look to me like there is any resolution to this problem. In reading the product descriptions, I thought that their edges, designed to keep the wind from blowing them away don't keep the Squares separated. Now I wonder what will happen when I get a little wind.

These squares do a good job of holding heat in but not so much in adding heat. They tend to float on top of each other so you may need more for the surface to stay covered. My main issue with them was how hard they are to remove and store. Too much work for me for the benefit of holding heat in over night. Returned and got refund right away! Thank you.

I bought just one square and it fits my saluspa tub perfectly! I leave it under the regular lid, helps speed up heating the water, plus helps to retain heat overnight

For the life of me, Not sure what to do as I bought a package of 6 Floats have Only used 3, but 1 is taking on water like a Sinking Ship & I've confirmed it is not the air opening since after All the issues I have had with Go Floats that was the first thing I made sure of before putting it in the pool!!!

Squares are easy to put in pool and easy to remove. Way easier than a solar cover. One square had a bad seam and let water in. When I notified the company they answered my email and sent me a new one the next day. Great customer service, you don’t find that much these days.
