The TV AU8000 is one of the best, affordable, very high quality of Samsung’s TV.Colors are amazing, it has netflix, prime and shahid on the remote control.Very easy to use and you can adjust the picture and sound as you wish.

the product is very good, simple remote control with only the essential buttons. The only problem is that the tv reflects the brightness of the room, not suitable for open places or without curtains.

Good product. First one that coke was faulty but Amazon replaced it in a day with a good one. Always make sure you are buying from the seller being “Amazon”.

Good as described

Fault in LCD within one month of purchase. Not sure if someone else has faced same. Disappointing from Samsung that such a thing can happen that too so quick. Await response from Samsung.However Amazon is quick to respond to my repair request.Edit: No response recieved from Samsung after filing complaint. Absolutely dissapointing

Hardware is ok, TV is very slim and image quality is ok, but there is some screen bleed on the corners. Blacks are grayish but it is the case for every LED screen. The real dealbreaker is the Samsung operating system. It shows ads everywhere. Every time I turn on the TV, Samsung Plus starts and there is no way to remove it anymore. Remote controls are from 1990s. I will return this and buy an LG with magic remote.

I do regret buying this TV. Its picture is reasonable but not much better than similar makers. It is reasonably priced but nothing great. However, it has some seriously annoying things. Many of its Apps are embedded and cannot be deleted, only moved off the App bar. It is ridiculous that I cannot remove BBC iPlayer and for anyone legally not needing a license, this could be a problem. The adverts are tricky to stop, past workarounds on the internet appear to be countered by Samsung. Trying to block the adverts & so called "App trends" below the Apps bar may lead to problems. The sound is tinny (typical of this price range) and needs base augmentation, but the sound control only has 3 options: TV Speakers; Sound Bar; and surround sound. A simple and cheap sub-woofer would make all the difference. If you are mounting the TV on a different stand, you may find one of the HDMI sockets and the optical socket near it could be obscured by the back plate. The live aerial app which annoyingly comes up every time you switch on, can't be deleted (for those who do not watch live TV).I have to admit two good things. The Samsung Support is very friendly and helpful. The screen works well even in the presence of strong background light.I have noticed that when showing older films especially ones which were digitally enhanced, the interpolation process does not seem to cope well.I am a fan of much of Samsung electronics, but I cannot see me buying another Samsung TV!

My last one died after about 7 years and that model seems to have been replaced with this one. The only think I don't like it the navigation menu seems less intuitive than the original but I suspect that's down to me needing to adjust it.Otherwise it works like a treat.

Already have a 43" and were so impressed with the 4k quality that we decided to go big with a lovely huge screen. Delivery all went well and on time by Amazon. I looked and researched for a few days at uhd 4k, qled and oled. Then after watching a 4K film on my 43" UHD I decided it was certainly excellent enough of a picture to go for the same tech in the UHD and not skint myself out on the qled or OLED , and get the bigger screen and also built in Alexa, which I've not setup yet as I forgot my password.....doh!So yes excellent picture!Samsung sound ...... I use a soundbar.....! You will probably need one!But overall very impressed!

I have to review this as recently I’ve had to return a TCL tv which was meant to be the same quality as this one technically, and then I got this one instead, and not in so glad I did! The screen picture quality is 10000% times better. I managed to catch this on sale price, but it’s worth the price they usually ask. Not sure on sound as I have a sound bar. But you won’t be disappointed with this tv!
