Cheap n works
Fit perfectly on m44. Hardest part was removing pin from iron sights. Use 1/8 punch n then 1/16 rest of the way n some oil to lube. Locks down tight, holding scope and wiggling the 9# behemoth that is the mosin n it held true with 3 level locations showing no movement.
