Good things first.. the plectrum(pics) are amazing n softly built... The guitar wall mount comes with the screws and screw jammers.. and the wall mount is fairly built.... Soo what went wrong is the gave the wrong capo it was a cheap capo which u can get for 80-100 rs offline
