STAY AWAY!!! CANNOT RETURN FOR REFUND.
I wish I could give this POS less than 1 star. It is extremely uncomfortable. It has sharp metal edges that dig into your skin. And the worst of all is that you CANNOT return for refund. Now I am stuck with this piece of garbage.

Need a good OWB system this is it.
I ordered two so I can carry back up mags when going to certain areas for work. After a few months of use I feel I can review the mag carriers in full.Pros.Light weight and almost unnoticeable when worn OWB which is my preferred way.Easily concealed when wearing shirts with the T prefix such as LT, XLT. Always buy the tall version of shirts for concealed carry the extra inch or so makes all the difference. Can be adjusted easily for desired retention, I prefer snug so the mags stay put.ConsThe belt clip can rotate out of the plastic retaining stubs. Not the most comfortable for IWB

Cool design can be worn in multiple positions
I'm not sure if the manufacturer updated the design or the other reviews are for a different product.I purchased mine for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm .The mag fits perfectly its light weight and durable. You can adjust the draw tension simply by tightening the 4 screws that hold it tegether. My model has a lip molded on to it at the top of the belt clip to keep it from rotating one direction and on the other side it can't rotate past the magazine.I did find if you change the direction of the hidden screw under the belt clip it allows the belt clip to fit tighter against the holster make it even harder to rotate past the lip.I wear it in the 7- 8 o'clock position and I hardly know it's there.

Very practical and concealable.
I was very heavy set when I first purchased this product. Wear a good belt and it stays in place. Also, wear on non-shooting hand side, preferably the 7 or 5 O'Clock position. You can sit all day, get up and walk, even drive for 12 hours and move around without it protruding into your body. I've lost over 55 lbs and now I can even move it to to the 9 O'Clock or even 10 O'Clock position without feeling any discomfort. Holds the magazine securely and makes it very easily accessible

Can be used for other than just magazines....leatherman wave+ fits perfectly.
Holds my Shield 9mm mag securely with no chance of falling out. The screws allow the retention to be adjusted for personal preference. I actually bought another to use for holding my leatherman...works perfectly. For that too!

Works exactly as intended - Rust is a minor concern
I use this mag pouch for my Walther PPS M2 instead of a M&P Shield. With a little tightening of the retention screws, all 3 magazines fit perfectly. The clip grips very tightly and I don't worry at all about pulling the mag pouch out with the magazine. My only complaint, and why I'm docking one star, is because the screws have started to rust from my body's sweat. I thought this item was marketed as an IWB pouch, and thus would have expected them to have a rust-resistant coating. ((They may not be marketed as IWB, and I may have misread, but they should still be rust-proof or at least rust-resistant regardless)).

Great mag pouch
This is a great mag pouch. Was a little snug for my 9mm Shield, until I backed off the screws a tad. I think it will also work for single stack .45 or 9mm by adjusting the retention screws. IWB, OWB, or even inside the belt, outside the waistband will work, since it's non directional. Right handed or left handed, this will work. Inexpensive too. What more could you want?

great buy for the money
This is a very nice mag holder for my M&P shield mag. The only problem is the belt clip keep on sliding towards the mag case area which will eventually make the mag holder dive and hide inside the pants. I was able to solve this problem by installing a small screw on the right side of the belt clip to hold it in place securely.
