Only used it 3 times and it's extremely shaky and the chocolate flows uneven. Sometimes the auger won't even turn! Now it's too late to return :(

Great fountain. Some people mention not turning after a bit, but that is because chocolate is too thick. Used the SF Signature brand and it ran great for hours! Super tall and all stainless steel!
