Q: waterproof or not? will the water cam through the seams?

It poured down heavily last Monday in Arizona, I lifted it up next day, no cushion or table get wet. I would say the waterproof tape on the seams works!

Q: Is this heavy enough where when wind gets under it, it doesn't flap around setting off motion sensors?

It is heavy enough, but the larger size could flap around. However, it comes with a tie that you can clip into the table legs - and you can cinch it, too, so it wraps tighter where it would not set off motion sensors. When I clipped and cinched my cover, it has stayed on, even through strong winds.

Q: Is it really UV protective? Will furniture fade from sun if this cover is on?

Have used this cover since last summer & have had no issues as of yet with furniture fading & it's also been out all winter with no problems i would recommend this cover for the price. 👍
