My boyfriend has some back issues and we bought this for some sleeping support as he feels better when his upper body is elevated. The wedge has stayed firm for the few months we've had it. But it has a cheap zipper on the cover. took it off, washed it, hung it to dry, and it just popped apart putting it back on and it does not stay together if we are able to fight it closed. Not a biggie, I bought another cover elsewhere but it's just the principal. One star off for that.

Zipper extends down about a quarter of the sides so you don't have to risk tearing it trying to get the pillow in and out.

It's a staple that I don't think about. It keeps perform say after day but I wish they offered other colors.

After months of dealing with vertigo, and my doctor recommended sleeping on an angle. Propping pillows don’t didn’t work and purchasing a specialized bed wasn’t an option. It took a few days/nights but once I got used to it, I slept great and it kept my vertigo under control! This was money well spent. I would recommend getting an inexpensive pillow case to fit the wedge.

This is one of my favorite purchases recently. I broke my ankle and have to use an elevation pillow, which I also ordered on Amazon. The pillow is great, except the cover on it isn’t smooth and it kept sticking to the Velcro on my boot (I had to leave the boot on for 3 weeks, even while sleeping) , so it kept pilling and eventually felt rough on my skin. It also looked pretty ugly lol. I worried about ordering this cover because the sizes of these pillows vary and the dimensions weren’t exact. But this cover fit great! It’s a bit larger that the pillow, which I was fine with in case of shrinkage after laundering. It washes and dries well too. Feels smooth and no sticking to Velcro!
