Slow to start up
Slow to start up finger print hardly work and wouldnt let me download certain apps to laptop then tryed to return and they would not let me take it to a ups store ups had to pick up at my home and never showed up. Couldnt get a hold of amazon and when i called ups to schedule pick up they couldnt locate tracking number
