Good quality pull up bar. The foam on the hand grips makes it very comfortable to grip. I was worried about how stable it would be, but so far it's been solid. This style of bar can shift off the door frame if you swing while moving on it, but I've kept my movements slow and controlled and there's been no problems. It also doesn't mark the doorframe in any way, which has been a problem for me with other styles of pull up bar. Unfortunately there was a screw missing from the bar, but I was able to get a replacement from my local hardware store, so not the end of the world. I bought this set primarily for the pull up bar, but the push up handles and ab roller are also of really good quality, so happy to have them as extras.
