Very well made heavy weight with a uniform thick porcelain coating. It cleans great in the dishwasher. Great design with the right number of drains to the pan below. Finally a grill pan that is well made and well designed

I love the look and size of this pan ! It’s heavy and good quality like the pans we use to get with a new stove .My current apt stove didn’t come w a broiler pan; evidently these days they don’t come with stoves anymore. I didn’t want to purchase a full size pan for just myself, so I’d been using a smaller pan I own. The size was good but not a broiler pan , and I really don’t want grease splattering all over my oven.Was thrilled to find this and the size is perfect for 1 or 2 people !

I’m able to use this for small food items. Cooks well and cleans easily.

You know, it’s funny. In my life, I never had to buy a broiler pan...because wherever I moved, there was a stove, and wherever there was a stove, there was a large, heavy broiler pan in residence. That is, until I retired and bought my current home. Nice appliances, but no broiler pan. Which led to my discovery that not ALL broiler pans were huge! I live alone and rarely cook for a group, and I’m no spring chicken anymore, so I love this little number! It’s like a sports car—quality material and workmanship, but compact. Room for me and a friend, and that’s plenty big enough and lots more fun! If I had to clean a large one, I’d use it less often—that’s just a fact. This pan is easy to clean and fits easily in my little sink. It’s dishwasher safe, but I’ve found that it looks brand new if I hand wash it instead. The dishwasher dulled it temporarily. I’m very happy with my little broiler pan. Buy one and broil yourself a nice filet mignon. Or use the bottom to make baked chicken breasts, or bake your dinner rolls. It’s going to get a lot more use in my home than all of my previous broiler pans collectively!

I just cook for myself and this is the perfect size for just one or two portions. It's easier to stick in the dishwasher because of its smaller size, which is great, because I hate washing things by hand. It does need an extra clean though to get fish skin off, but that's normal. I recommend.

Much better than I expected. Surprisingly heavy, this is not thin cheap steel. The trick to cleaning this is to spray Dawn Powerwash on it, let it sit and 99% of the hardened mess comes off with no scrubbing. Cleans up well in the dishwasher. One thing to be aware of the coating is slippery, so use two hands when removing from the oven. I was used to using one hand with my old pan and almost dropped chicken all over the place. It’s not an issue just use care until you are used to it. Mine did not have any damage BUT Amazon’s packing was terrible. It only comes in a cardboard sleeve and a plastic bag. Amazon threw it in the box with no padding as usual, I was lucky I guess, but it appears that the corner damage people have experienced is more a function of Amazons poor packing practices and isn’t a manufacturing defect. Well worth the money.

Size is great for two but is a bear to clean after broiling meat. This is not non-stick.

I use this in the oven to broil steaks. It works really good and very easy to clean. Ideal for someone that can't use a grill and, or low mess compared to using a pan. This is an easy solution. You won't be able to good multiple large steaks or even a large steak as I noticed it has a hard time cooking thoroughly through a large steak. It is small as people have mentioned but you can fit 1 tbone or ny strip on it but I typically cut them down into half or thirds to make it easier for it to get cooked all the way through. Typical cook time is about 5min on each side and it's ready to eat. Mine has not rusted and have used multiple times.

Arrived w/out product issue... no dents, scratches, signs of previous use, etc. Perfect size for two people. We measured our toaster oven's inside first. Abit pricey but we didn't have to drive all over the city wasting fule and time trying to find so it the extra cost evened things out.

It is so hard to find good broiler and baking pans now. This is such good quality and easy to clean. I'm very happy with it.

It works as advertised. It did come with a chip as other people have mentioned but the chip is along the outside edge and doesn't impede use.

these pans are never easy to clean, but worth it when you don't like your meat sitting in juices.
