I first tried Briogeo Scalp Revival Exfoliator Charcoal Shampoo because I had excess Keratin buildup on my scalp that was congesting my hair follicles. I noticed a difference in the granules used for exfoliation in the formula. They were smaller and gentler than regular exfoliators such as salt and actually made my scalp feel more hydrated and nourished when combined with both the charcoal and fresh mint ingredients. I have noticed more hair shedding and volume loss over the past few years. This is a game changer. I have tried every shampoo, potion, lotion, and serum on the market. Some do a great job but leave a film behind making it impossible to go a day or two between washes. Some cause my hair to tangle, look dull and make it so I can’t even run my fingers through it. This stuff is great. I was hesitant at first bc it’s thick and has exfoliant in it and is made with coconut oil and I thought it would make hair greasy but I was WRONG! Smells tremendous- like invigorating mint. My hair is shiny and smooth and looks great. I alternate with the density shampoo and it has changed my hair game. This is the first time I’ve bought this product on Amazon and it was the actual sealed product (I have heard horror stories that products were emptied and filled with dupes and this was not the case). I have been using this for a while and I have noticed new hair growth!! TOTALLY WORTH IT!

I love this product which is on my auto ship list because it is so great with cleansing my scalp, moisturizing my scalp and leaving it smelling a beautiful coconut light scent. The charcoal is a superior cleansing, gentle agent for any type of hair. I use the product with a silicone hair massager to get the ultimate benefits.

I love this one. My sister had this first and I used it a few times when I was with her. It really clarified my scalp and removed all the build up that I had been trying to get rid of since a while. If you have an itchy scalp this really helps it cool down. It is also not very drying and you don't need a lot to wash your hair either. It's gentle but can still be harsh if used very frequently so it needs to applied like once a week or depending on how much product you put in your hair.

I depend on reviews to be honest what I’m looking for product. Let me tell you this is the most amazing product I’ve put in my hair! My scalp has been renewed! My hair is shiny soft and incredibly clean! I use this twice week. Before shampoo and conditioner that I use from JSHealth Clean Shampoo and Conditioner! Buy this! I bought the small one to be safe but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the larger one next time!

This stuff works super well. I double shampoo my hair and it comes out so clean and dandruff free that I can go almost a week without needing to wash my hair again. I tried another shampoo (ouai detox)— nope, hair was greasy and gross within 3 days. This shampoo is pricey but I promise it is worth every penny. It also has such a pleasant smell that’s not too overpowering or chemically. Bad dandruff runs in the family (😅) and I am planning on buying this for my sibling for Christmas lol

It's embarrassing to have itchy scalp. It's my biggest insecurity to constantly scratch my scalp and even worst when you start to see snow on your blue scrubs or black desk. I've tried the T-Gel by neutrogena and that has helped before but I've noticed that the build up has gotten worst lately. I've found scabs on my scalp and it's honestly very embarrassing because I also have very thin black hair so it's so obvious that I have dandruff.I purchased this due to the many great reviews. Hesitated on the product due to the price but I wanted to get rid of my insecurity. I loved the scent. It has almost like a minty smell. Their are micro exfoliating scrubs in the shampoo but it disintegrate very easily before it gets on my scalp. It doesn't lather too well so you have to use a lot of product. I do notice it does alleviate my itchiness right after my shower but the following day, I already feel itchy again. I don't know if I should be using this product daily but I try to wash my hair every other day to help it from drying out so much. I don't use the briogeo conditioner but I did purchase a different brand scalp relief conditioner. I want to love this product but otherwise i do love it for the scent and the immediate relief

I have purchased this shampoo maybe 4-5 times since my daughter a couple years ago bought me my first jar.I really like the scent; it's effective including I usually wash my hair every other day but with this shampoo I usually can go 3 days without washing my hair.On top of that - perhaps more importantly - I have two places where my scalp meets my facial skin that frequently itch. When I use this shampoo I have noticed I don't itch ! So clearly this product doesn't have the ingredient every other shampoo I sometimes use that does cause that weird itch.Highly recommend !
