Terrible product and NO SERVICE
Terrible product , and no response from service centre / team. GLASS TOP BROKEN during cooking , and terrible experience, no response from any prestige people, and warranty access is useless. NEVER in a million years choose this product zerostar . Also don't buy from Amazon as no sellers respond

Using this stove since 3 months
This product is good to buy and width between 4 burners is good we can place medium vessels better on 4 burners. We can place large vessels on 2 burners easily. No gas leakage.

The Gas Stove is good quality, but back and front burners gap is very less.
The Gas Stove is good quality, Only issue is the back and front burners gap is very less. The liftable burners are good but we have to be careful to remove the brass burners and stand before lifting as they might cause damage to glass when lifted without removing them.

Think thrice before you buy... worst customer service...
I bought this product on 17th may everything was working fine but on 19th nov, toughened glass cracked.. raised the complaint same day ... called customer care 5 times now ... its 21 December now not a single technician visited our place... shattered pieces are falling apart, top is now sinking inside, its become dangerous to operate... now i am planning to drag prestige to consumer court ... think thrice before you put your money on prestige ... think about your family.
