Thick and sturdy, quality band
Using this as pull up assist. I weigh 176 lbs and the band offers resistance. Unfortunately, the band wasn't enough to help me do a full pull up. However, I've always carried a lot of upper back fat and have never been able to do a pull up.This band did help me half way up, which is better than anything else so far. Ordering another of this same band hoping maybe having one on each side will help in addition to back strengthening exercises.This band offers more resistance and hold than any other band I've tried. Seems to be great quality. Time will tell how long the resistance lasts.

Tore apart before I could use it.
While attempting to separate the band, the rubber tore and created rips, leading to weak points. If I use it, it could break on me. I don't feel safe using this band.

Does not resist as much as it says
Product arrived promptly.When I took it out of the bag, it was difficult to peel apart, almost as if it had started melting together. Wasn't a big deal, but was noticeable.I ordered the purple '100-120lb' band. It is a fine band-- almost identical in width, thickness, length, and resistance to 40/50lb resistance bands I have. It does *not* resist 100lbs-- 50 tops. Nothing wrong with it otherwise, but I needed a more resistant band, and this claimed to be it.
