Seem good so far
Quality seem really good so far. Really like the flexibility they offer. Instead of trailing out to the gym you can just do a few exercises between video calls. Highly recommend getting an exercise chart too, there are some basic exercises listed in the manual but you can do a full body workout if you know how.

Good quality single band.
This comes neatly wrapped with small bands keeping it wrapped with a little booklet with exercise ideas. This is a good quality band. The resistance seems as stated, about 1m long/2m loop with no nicks and even thickness.Bands can give very versatile workouts without the need for weights which can save a lot of money and space. I have a well equipped home gym and use these for several exercises. One of my favourites is to attach a handle to one end and wrap the other end to my cross over machine and do wood cutter exercises to work the obliques.Priced about right and with a voucher at the time of review for a single band but consider buying a multi resistance set unless you know you only need one.

Great for Shoulder and Back Stretching!
We use these bands in the morning and evening, particularly after days spent in the garden. Can get really good stretches in shoulders and back. Very strong bands that will last!

Read for BAND BUYER'S GUIDE
Read for BAND BUYER'S GUIDETHIS BAND REVIEW: It's a good band. If the price and resistance level look good to you, buy it No defects, straight cut sides, no worries Unusually long warranty (3 years) Affordable at time of this review - (SEE BAND BUYERS GUIDE BELOW) Length: 208cm (82 inch) Width: 1.3cm (1/2 inch) Thickness: 4.5mm (0.18 inch)BAND BUYER'S GUIDE:Long story short, don't get hung up on the brand names. As far as loop style bands go, don't worry about "the best" bands or brands. Including this one. Most of it is marketing. They are all 100% natural rubber. The end. After some amount of research, it is clear that despite being sold by a million different companies, they're made in the same few factories, on the same equipment. So instead of the brand names, just compare the prices and sizes. Some brands label their bands Xtra-Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, X-Heavy, etc. Some might label them instead as a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. But if you just look instead at the actual measurements, then you can easily compare between items/sellers. You want to know the length, width, and thickness. Usually, the length of the loop band is standard across the board, but double check to be sure before buying. Primarily, you want the width and the thickness, then use that to compare against other brands/bands of similar measurements, and simply buy the least expensive model of the desired size/set.The red PANTIK band I've reviewed here is 1.3cm (1/2inch) x 4.5mm (0.18 inch). So in this case, compare that to some other bands that are 1/2in x 0.18in and you'll see if this one is a good deal. It is also a listed "15-35 lbs resistance" for this band, and these types of estimated resistance measurements can be used to quickly compare bands across different sellers, but do note that brands do seem to measure and state this number very inaccurately or inconsistently. Despite this, it's useful to see and use this "pounds of resistance" rating to eyeball it, then when you're comparing for real, use the actual size measurements. In my opinion, to train a full variety of exercises, you do need more than one single band, because different sizes offer vastly different levels of resistance. However, you don't need 5+ different bands unless you become a real enthusiast. You can increase the resistance of any single band greatly, by adjusting your grip/stance/anchor point or by double-looping (all just effectively shortening the length/range of the band).RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES:Gloves - important for comfort, enabling more natural exercises, and avoiding severe palm calluses.Anchor - either wall anchors or a door anchor will multiply the number of exercises you can perform with your bands.

Decent quality resistance band
I got this to help me start getting back in shape with the hopes of working back to doing pull-ups. As it turns out, I’m really out of shape and too heavy for this band to help with pull-ups, but it’s still good for stretching. I’ve kept it in my garage (mostly North Carolina heat/humidity over the summer) for the past six or so months, and it’s held up well.

Works Fine
I've needed a band for assisted pullups, so I was pleased to receive this Pantik resistance band for review. I chose the black band, which offers 25-65 lbs. of resistance. The band comes packaged with a sheet of recommended exercises, although I use it exclusively for pullups. Having used it now for about a month. I can say that it has held up quite well. I have no concerns about its longevity.

Nice intermediate beginner resistance
This seems really well made, no weak spots.I'm able to get some good resistance off of it, even though I'm still trying to figure out the best way to use it. I've got a few exercises figured out and it's good for some mobility stretches.I can do reps with 8# (~4kg) dumbbells in each hand on shoulder side and front lifts. Bicep curls more than that (~15#/8kg). Carries: one hand suitcase carries, 12kg comfortable (~25 #) and I can carry around 50# bags of mulch and dirt around the yard pretty easily until it gets too hot. Triceps, depends on the exercise. All that to get across that I find I can make this resistance band challenging and appropriate for upper body reps. I haven't found good lower body exercises using this band yet.My biggest issue is that sometimes it hurts my bare hands (It is a very large rubber band after all) I might have to wear little gloves or toughen up or figure out a better grip.

Great band, well made, strong, and durable
I have 3 bands with different strengths. The red band is an important band in my collection. It’s my “middle” resistance band. These are well made and seem to be every bit as great at my other brand of bands. I’ve used this red band with handles and with my hands. Both work great. (The handles do not come with these, but can expand how you’re able to use your bands). There’s not much else to say. I recommend this and I’d buy another from this company without hesitation!Buying it is easy, the hard part it to start working out! Get this and get it going! If you’re new to bands, you can get really strong with bands and still get a good “pump”. I used mine yesterday for a shoulder workout and totally feeling it today.
