I was a little skeptical about the quality of this product considering it is a very affordable price comparative to other skincare tools and devices. The device comes with two silicon covers and a charging cable. It recommends you to charge it for 5 hours before using it first, so don't expect to use it straight from the box. It charged easily, and it comes with directions that breakdown the instructions very well plus include pictures for demonstration. It was very easy to use, and required little learning effort. The end of the tool is very blunt, it doesn't feel sharp at all, or like it could harm you. The device itself feels a little cheap, and it worries me for the future longevity of it. But usingit on my skin, it worked amazingly. It cleared out a bunch of sebum that I have had stuck in my pores forever. It didn't leave red marks or bumps from where it had extracted dirt, which is something I typically experience when using pimple extractors. Overall, at this price point I'm very impressed with the product.

I bought the item on March 1st. I loved it, it worked very well up until this week stopped taking charge. I put it to charge the lights turn on that it’s taking charge; once 20 mins passed I took it off the charger and will not turn on. Left it on the charger even overnight still will not turn on.

First, let me say that I really life this product. It cleaned up blackheads in my nose beautifully and my pores looked clean and smooth. So, I was really bummed when this quit working after just 3 months. I contacted Customer Care, and was blown away by the quality of their service. They responded to my email immediately and offered to replace the broken one at no charge. I also didn't have to hassle with returning it. The CSR had my new skin cleaner in my hand in less than 5 days after my initial email. It was AMAZING service. Wish other companies were this good at taking care of their customers.

1. YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE POWER BUTTON DOWN TO TURN ON.2. It automatically turns off after 5 minutes as per the manual.Like many others, I thought my product was broken but you just have to hold the power button down longer. Not my favorite, but I get it.I've been using this 2-3 times a week for almost a month and haven't had to re-charge it yet. It is magical at pushing out blackheads etc, my skin is the best its been in a long time. This is like having an at-home facial. I've also noticed my skin is more glowy after I use it to put on my serum etc.The only complaint is that the options (cleaning, ion+, etc) aren't in the order of the cleaning regimen so it takes a lot of time and reading the manual over and over to figure out which is which. It's basically just not the most user-friendly design, but considering the cost I can overlook that.The other thing about this tool (and any tool like this one) is the noise is really painful if you try to clean around the eyebrows or upper nose.I'm really happy with this purchase. This will save me a LOT of money on blackhead products and facials.
