My new favorite Pre workout, it's an awesome product. Delivers clean energy and noticeable strength gains after a week. This is my second tub- Kre Alkalyn creatine will not bloat you up. Take it on an empty stomach for maximum effectiveness... would not recommend for the evening gym crowd due to caffeine. Blue Berry tastes amazing, Orange Mango a bit tart.

Came damp and moldy
Was really looking forward to trying this product. Unfortunately when I opened it it was like wet sand with mold thrown in. Not sure if the product got wet during packaging or what, but it was unusable. Really disappointing and will probably just stick with ghost now.

Great product. Gives me good energy and a great pump. Taste is good, I usually mix it in about 150

Not the best I used
Not the best I used. The label says it has promising ingredients but didn't feel much energy though. It crashed after some time and felt really bad after the crash. Should stick to my regular PWO, which is Iron Brothers' Relentless.

Solid pre-workout.
Solid pre-workout. It won't make you feel jittery unless you are very sensitive to caffeine. It works more through creating the biochemical basis to give you a "pump" rather than through stimulants.
