***********************UPDATE 30/07/2023***********************Since leaving my 1st review (below) at 2 start, Apovenus contacted me almost immediately to try remedy the situation.Keep in mind that I purchased this item on 23 Nov 2022 (a FULL 8 months ago) and only got round to fitting it at the start of July 2023.Apovenus offered a refund without question & I felt I was partially responsible as I didn't check the item when I received it, so I declined & Apovenus then offered another solution - which I accepted.The solution has partially worked as the light still flickers (oscillate is probably a better description) at the lowest setting but not as bad. Maybe we just got a faulty item.The big factor in changing from a 2 start to a 5 star is the superb customer service offered - even 8 months after purchase!Thank you Tarika & Apovenus***********************ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/07/2023***********************This light strip is good however, having to purchase the connector & remote separate is a bit of a gyp.The strip works as it should apart from when on the lowest setting - it flickers repeatedly & the next setting up is a little too bright for my needs.Purchased this in Nov 2022 & only set it up last week - not sure if the lights are faulty.Disappointing

Update - customer service offered a no quibble replace or refund so increased ratingNice colour. And diffusing works well.... But a number of mis-formed or damaged sections didn't work... So have big gaps in a neat strip

I originally had a problem with the strip, but the seller was quick to resolve my issue and the light strip now works as intended. The light is powerful and works well with the additional kit.

Very good LED strip light and useful connection parts

Good bright lights when bought and all the strips worked well for 6 months. Now two of the small strips made from the larger one blinks or goes full dim. These were used in kitchen cupboards and as under cabinet lighting. Such a waste, will have to buy something branded and more reliable. Will not recommended if you plan to install in hard to reach places, specially in a new kitchen.**** Upadate - Promptly received new lights from the company and although it was a hassle replacing them, the lights look much better. Thank you for sorting it out. Updating to 5 stars.

These lights have worked so well on the front of the house. They were easy to wire up and very discret. In the picture the lights are at 50%, which is what we keep it on at all times as 100% is pretty bright. Good adhesion. We have also added little brackets. There are cutting points along the LED so you can cut it to size. We have set the lights up to be controlled via alexa and to automatically come on at sunset until a set time at night. These look so effective, work well and are good value for money. Would recomened.Bought in warm white along with; 24V 2A power supply plug; Dimiabble LED strip light controller in warm white; 3m extentions cord for universal DC 12V; 100 transparent

Used above and below my kitchen wall units, (cut and joined the middle section with adapters supplied) added a 24v transformer, quickly assembled and gave a great smooth light
